Mr. White serves as Chairman for Carlex Glass America, a May 2022 addition to the Atlas portfolio companies in the Tier I automotive space. Mr. White is also President and CEO of Motus Integrated Technologies, an Atlas portfolio company, formed by Atlas in June 2014 to purchase manufacturing assets of Johnson Controls in Michigan, Alabama, Mexico, Germany, and France. He served previously as President and CEO of Guilford Performance Textiles and United Plastics Group. Mr. White is a graduate of the University of Utah and received his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. In addition to his role as Chairman of Carlex, President and CEO of Motus, Mr. White serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Carlex, Motus, and Stryten Manufacturing – an operating subsidiary of the Edison Group Companies, an Atlas portfolio company – and as an advisor to Atlas in the global automotive industry

Donald P. Michelotti

Herr Michelotti hat einen umfassenden Hintergrund in Unternehmensführung, Vertrieb und Marketing, Geschäftsführung, Produktionsmanagement und Vertriebssteuerung. Er konnte im Autoglasersatzgeschäft erhebliches Umsatz- und Rentabilitätswachstum erzielen und strategische Bündnisse in der Branche schmieden. Zusätzlich beaufsichtigt er den Vertrieb, die erweiterte Produktentwicklung und den Betrieb für das Geschäft.

Davor hielt Herr Michelotti den Posten eines Executive Vice President inne und hatte kaufmännische und Führungsverantwortung für die globalen OEM-Vertriebsteams. Er leitete einen Umschwung in mehreren Fertigungswerken in den USA und Kanada und war für den Fertigungsbetrieb an mehreren Standorten in Nordamerika verantwortlich.

Herr Michelotti ist ein amtlich zugelassener Ingenieur, Inhaber von sechs US-Patenten und hat Weiterbildungskurse für Führungskräfte an der Columbia University und University of Michigan absolviert.

Herm joined Carlex in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer and brings over 30 years of leadership and in-depth manufacturing experience.  Herm has held senior executive positions in both publicly owned and private equity led automotive glass companies.  To complement his manufacturing background, Herm further developed a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the glass industry by having assumed leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain over his career.

Herm has significant hands-on experience leading world class manufacturing performance in the production of float glass and all elements of laminated and tempered glass; and has driven multiple turnarounds, restructuring, and integration initiatives.

Herm is a passionate, data-driven, servant leader who uses disciplined management processes and lean tools to drive fundamental process improvements and bottom-line results.

Alex Rotolo

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of the Carlex Group, Alex is responsible for all of the company’s financial activities, including the development and management of budgets, and preparation of financial statements.    Alex joined Carlex in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer.  His experience spans finance, corporate development, marketing, sales, procurement, transportation and supply chain leadership, with deep operational experience in manufacturing.

Prior to Carlex, Alex held senior positions at private equity backed Atlas Holdings businesses including Chief Financial Officer of Finch Paper Holdings and Chief Financial Officer of Twin Rivers Paper Company – forest products companies in the US Northeast, US South and Canada.  Alex also served as President of Finch Waste Co, a solid waste management business servicing the US Northeast, which was acquired by Waste Management (NYSE:WM).

Prior to Atlas Holdings, Alex held positions of increasing responsibility at institutional investment, turnaround management and insurance firms, serving in finance, as well as marketing and sales roles.  Alex holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and Economics from Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut.  He currently serves as the Vice Chairperson on the Board of Directors for the Economic Development Corporation of Warren County and as the Vice President of the Board of Directors of The Franklin Community Center.
